Did you know that your liver is essential to your health and wellness? Yep! Your liver cleanses your body and gets rid of toxins.

It works really hard, so it is important that we let it rest sometimes. Your liver will rest when you do not overload it with medication, vitamins, supplements, alcohol, and bad chemicals in food.
