My rule of thumb is what you consume should be colorful, unprocessed and well seasoned. So, what does this look like? Consider this…a garlic coconut turmeric veggie medley made with sweet potatoes, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, carrots, and spring onions, and a serving of fresh blueberries and blackberries on the side. Yummy!!! Just imagine the hefty dose of antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber provided by this one meal?
